CollectionOps
Cash accountability for coin laundromats

Know exactly what every machine should have paid.

Your collectors log counter readings and cash emptied. CollectionOps reconciles the math — cycles × vend price vs. cash counted — and flags every shortage, rollback, and missing deposit.

Features

Every dollar accounted for, every visit.

Purpose-built for multi-store owners who can't be at every collection.

Automatic variance flags

Counter delta × vend price, reconciled against cash counted on every machine, every visit. Shortages, overages and miscounts surface instantly.

Collector risk scoring

Shortages aggregated per collector — expected vs. collected, flag counts, shortage rate. Know who to watch before it becomes a pattern.

Tamper detection

Counter rollbacks, cash-without-cycles and cycles-without-cash get their own flags — the signatures of meter swaps and free-play abuse.

Deposit matching

Bank deposits matched against collections automatically. Counted-but-never-deposited money is flagged — the gap most owners never see.

Machine analytics

Revenue per day and turns per day for every machine. Underperformers flagged so you can move, reprice or retire dead iron.

Shift checklists

Every collection closes the same way: cash drops, maintenance notes and task checklists, logged from the collector's phone on the floor.

How it works

From collection to reconciled in three steps.

STEP 01

Log the visit

Collector opens the store on their phone, enters each machine's counter reading and the cash emptied. Thirty seconds per machine.

STEP 02

Math runs itself

CollectionOps computes cycles × vend price and compares it to cash counted — flagging shortages, rollbacks and anomalies automatically.

STEP 03

Review & close the loop

You review flagged visits, mark them reviewed or dismissed with a note, and match deposits. Accountability, documented.

Theft doesn't announce itself. The numbers do.

Skimming rarely looks like one big theft — it looks like a hundred small ones. CollectionOps aggregates every visit by collector so the pattern becomes visible:

  • Expected-vs-collected totals per collector, per store
  • Rotation audits — does a store's variance follow the collector?
  • Risk flags at ≥3% shortage with repeat flagged visits

FAQ

Questions owners ask.

Do I need any new hardware?

No. CollectionOps is software-only. Your collectors use the phones they already carry — no meter retrofits, no coin-counter hardware, no installations.

What if my machines don't have digital counters?

Enter the cash counted and mark the counter as the previous reading; the system baselines from there. Digital counters give you the full variance math, but cash-drop tracking and deposit matching work either way.

Where does my data live?

On your own machine. CollectionOps runs locally with JSON file storage — your cash data never has to leave your building or touch a third-party cloud.

Can collectors see the theft-detection reports?

No. Collector accounts can log collections and view basic reports. Risk scoring, flag reviews and deposit matching are owner-only.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Pick a plan and keep going, or export your data as CSV and walk away. No lock-in, no annual contract required.

Stop wondering where the cash went.
